Items purchased from Morvane must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free from stains, odors, damage, washing, or any condition that prevents resale as a new product.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags and any accessories included with the order.

• Exchange period: 30 days from the date of delivery
• Return period: 15 days from the date of delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Morvane reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.

SPAIN

We offer returns and exchanges for orders shipped within Spain.

We offer returns and exchanges across the European Union.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all international orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Morvane is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

During collection launches, promotional campaigns, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Underwear or intimate garments
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Limited products released during exclusive drops, pop-ups, or special events unless defective
